Parklife Weekender 2012 close to a sell out

With only seven weeks to go until the Parklife Weekender in Manchester, the music festival is on the brink of selling out with Saturday day tickets already gone.

At the moment the Weekender, taking place Saturday 9 and Saturday 10 June at Platt Fields Park, Manchester, still has weekend, Sunday day and hospitallity tickets still on sale. It’s been advised by the Parklife team to get in quickly as these remaining tickets will sell out very quickly in the next couple of weeks. You will want to get in quickly as this will be your last ever chance to witness the poplular festival at Platt Fields Park as next year the fest is set for a bigger venue.

The festival may only be in its third year, however, its unique and dynamic offering has meant that previous years have sold-out weeks in advance, with all the signs in twenty-twelve pointing towards a third and hat-trick sell out.

What’s more, with a line-up headlined by The Flaming Lips and Dizzee Rascal, scattered with up-and-coming gems like Azealia Banks and Madeon, as well as special guests Chic, featuring Nile Rogers and De La Soul, all for only £64.50, Parklife Weekender is undoubtedly the best ‘bang for your buck’ ticket this festival season.

This is one festival that will leave it’s current venue behind with a bang, with the likes of  Pendulum, Annie Mac, Justice and many more of the best pop, indie, electronic and crossover bands, DJs, producers and artists performing over the two day event. People are advised to purchase their tickets as soon as possible as tickets are rapidly disappearing . In both its first and second years, the big Manchester festival sold out many weeks in advance and all indications point towards a repeat of following years.

In addition to the spectacular talent and kaleidoscopic variety on offer at Parklife Weekender, you wont find a festival ticket that’s better value for money this summer. A full weekend of off the wall music will cost £64.50 which is easily one of the better options if you’re strapped for cash and want to go to a festival this summer.
