American rapper B.o.B is set to take to Great Britain for his first tour of the UK and Ireland this September.
The rapper, who wowed audiences with debut album B.o.B: The Adventures of Bobby Ray, made a name for himself after dropping chart hit Nothin’ on You, and the artist followed this up with Eminem and Hayley Williams duet Airplanes to seal his position in the A-list of modern musicians.
Bobby Ray recently returned with his second studio album Strange Clouds, which features duets with the likes of Lil’ Wayne, Taylor Swift, Chris Brown and even includes narration on the opening track from the brilliant voice of Morgan Freeman, and the classy record was given a solid four out of five when reviewed by Brig Music in the May edition of the University of Stirling’s student newspaper.
Whilst the only Scottish date on the tour sees the musician stop at Glasgow’s O2 ABC on 16 September, there are also six stops in England and a concert in Dublin.
B.o.B will stop at these dates in September 2012:
Newcastle University (15th)
O2 ABC Glasgow (16th)
Dublin Olympia (18th)
Manchester HMV Ritz (19th)
Sheffield Leadmill (20th)
London IndigO2 (21th)
Norwich Waterfront (22th)
Birmingham HMV Institute (24th)
Tickets for the tour go on sale on Friday 22 June at 9am. Book early to avoid disappointment.
