He may only be 18, but Hugo Pierre Leclercq, aka Madeon is quickly becoming one of the top producers out there. Having started making music at the age of 11, the young French producer has remixed for the likes of Blur, Deadmau5 and The Killers, as well as release a number of phenomenal singles and Finale continues this trend. Finale mixes big Pendulum-esque riffs, with the hyper energy and massive production of his fellow countrymen Daft Punk, while the “Whoo, hoo, hoo” lyrics from the backing vocalist give this track an epic feel. While certainly more than grounded than his previous track Icarus, it’s still a great track from the new golden boy of French house music.
